Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, inventory updates, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional postage to be paid by the customer before the order can be reshipped.
Returns & Refunds
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging when applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Final sale items
- Used items
- Items not returned in original condition
Due to variations in screens, lighting, and manufacturing, slight differences in color, shade, or appearance are not considered defects.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
