    Shopping Information

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the weight and destination of your package.

    Yes! You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

    Currently, we ship within the United States only, but we’re working to expand worldwide soon!

    If you’ve placed more than one order and want to combine them, contact us as soon as possible with both order numbers. While we can’t guarantee, we’ll make every effort to combine unshipped orders and refund any shipping overages.

    Order & Returns

    Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items.

    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

    Buyers cover return shipping unless the issue was due to our error or a damaged product.

    All sale, clearance, and personalized items are non-returnable.
